DELIVERY

Within 1 to 12 hours after ordering we will send you an email with a map download link, installation instructions and license key issued specifically for your vehicle. Alternatively you may order SD/USB with map data while checking out, delivery will take 1-2 week, postage is done by POST NL, tracking number will be provided.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Refund Policy: for products and services eligible for a refund, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase (“Refund Period”). The refund will be processed in 2 days from the request. In no event will you be eligible for more than one refund of the same service.

Refunds are not issued if customer:

has a car with faulty navigation system which makes the map update unusable
sent a wrong VIN number when making an order
doesn’t know how to use WINDOWS PC in order to prepare and SD card or USB for map updates (MAC is not suitable)
ordered and paid for wrong product
changed his mind and doesn’t want an update anymore
